What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm
Can I park near your premises?
Yes – there are plenty of spaces within 100 mts.
Do you deliver?
Yes – but there is a small charge for orders under £150.
What file format do you like?
Ideally a PDF – but if that is a problem ring us and we can discuss an alternative.
Can you produce a proof before printing my order?
Yes –We make a point of sending proofs so you get an impression of how your job will look.
What is your minimum order value?
If you have a very small requirement, visit us and we can print jobs from as little as £10 – but if you want to order via email or on the phone and want us to deliver the minimum order is £35.
Do you offer an express print service?
Yes.
Do you bind material you print?
Yes – Using wire comb or we can perfect bind.
Do you use recycled materials?
In common with any responsible Company we use environmentally friendly inks and recycled paper whenever we can. All our paper is FSC accredited.
Can you match specific colours i.e. Pantone?
Yes but bear in mind that colours will vary depending on the material it is printed on.
Which is quicker – Digital or Litho?
For large runs litho is both quicker and less expensive. For example 25,000 A6 flyers printed on 300gsm in FULL colour on two sides would cost £748 if printed digitally, but only £397 on our litho press.
Can you print on thick paper or card?
Yes, we can easily print on card weighing up to 400gsm. Heavier material available on request
What is the largest size you can print?
With our large format machine we can comfortably print 1mt. x 10mt. If larger prints are required we can get an associate Company of ours to print them for you.
Is full colour more expensive than two colour?
It can be so ring us and we can explain.
Can you print on my own material?
Yes – depending on the size and weight.
Can you print wedding, funeral and other personal literature?
Yes – we have machines and equipment which enable us to print a wide range of literature and can also offer finishing services e.g. binding, scoring, folding and stapling.
Do I have to pay when I order?
Yes if you want us to deliver, alternatively you can pay for your order when you collect
